1. Delivery of shipments to shipping companies is from Sunday to Thursday During official working hours from 10 am to 6 pm
2. Upon completion of the order, shipments are delivered to the shipping companies within 24 hours, taking into account what is stated in paragraph 1.
3. It should be noted that if the order is approved, we will not be able to change the address and contact data entered by you and the amount of issuing an additional bill of lading will be calculated.
4. When the shipments are delivered to the shipping company, the beneficiary will receive a message containing all the order data, including the shipment tracking data.
5- Follow-up of the order after delivery of shipments will be with the shipping company through the tracking number.
6. If the message in paragraph 4 does not received within two days, please contact us immediately.
7. The delivery period of orders depends on the shipping companies and as indicated on the website. It should be noted that the period in days is calculated as a working day.
8. The main center of OroNero is in the city of Riyadh.
9. Shipments that are outside Riyadh city according to the shipping company are delivered within 3-7 working days.
10. Shipments outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the shipping company are delivered within 14 working days.
11. It should be noted that orders using a private representative are ONLY within the city of Riyadh and are delivered within 24 hours.
12. The shipping period indicated in the previous paragraphs may increase or decrease based on orders peak.
13- Based on the policies of shipping companies, on Eid-holidays and due to the large number of orders, delivery may take longer than usual and may be postponed until after the first days of Eid-holidays, especially shipments outside the city of Riyadh.
14- When using shipping via Redbox (lockers) and it reaches the stage (ready for collection from the customer), the shipment will be kept inside the lockers for two days (varies according to Redbox company policies). If the shipment is not received, the order will be returned and the customer cannot request a full refund, but the value of issuing the shipping policy will be deducted from him. If the shipment is not received for more than 5 days and is returned, the customer is not entitled to request a refund and the product is considered damaged.
